BORN AGAIN

If we are to live according to God's purpose, we need to be part of God's Kingdom.
Jesus told a man in John Chapter 3 that one needed to be "born again" to see the kingdom of God.

How can YOU be born again?
• Recognize and confess to yourself and to God that you are a sinner.
• Be truly sorry for sinning.
• Repent (turn from sin to right living).
• Receive Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Look at what God’s word says about each of these:

bullet Recognize & confess you are a sinner.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9, 10

bullet Be truly sorry for sinning
For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
2 Corinthians 7:10
bullet Repent (turn from sin to right living)
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Acts 3:19

bullet Receive Jesus as Lord and Savior
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
John 1:12
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Rev 3:20

• Do you realize that you are a sinner?
• Do you regret the evil that you’ve done and the evil that is part of you?
• Have you purposed in your heart to turn from sin and live rightly?
• Will you give control of your life to God, and receive Jesus into your life?
If you’ve answered YES to these questions, then you are ready to enter Gods kingdom and family. You can receive Jesus into your life with a simple prayer.
