MEN'S MINISTRY
PURPOSE: To Bring Men Together Unto Christ, Our Hope. Under the leadership of Mike Rieser.
GOALS:
1. To establish a core group for bible study, fellowship, encouragement, accountability and prayer (to capture and sustain momentum, i.e. discipleship).
2. To try to have one "big deal event" every four to six months for the purpose of reaching others (for outreach and to create momentum).
3. To raise up men as followers of Jesus and to become leaders in their homes, families, church and this group (for leadership and growth).
The end goal and purpose of the group is to be relationship based and not just task oriented or event driven for the purpose of men coming together unto Christ.
Key Scripture
So it was, while they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them. Luke 24:15.
Vision
1. To see men get together at least once a month, to share and encourage one another.
2. To see men strengthened in their relationship with God, their families and their marriage.
3. To see men experience victory in the marketplace.
4. To see men experience victory over temptations and sin.
5. To see men live for God and bring others to Him.
