New Hope has a driving passion to see our congregation grow in intimacy with God through laying down the situations this world brings and taking steps out in faith by continually praising God no matter what the circumstances. Our goal is to teach people how to get out of their places of complacency and go after God like David did when he was leaping and dancing before the Lord with all his might. ( 2 Samuel 6:14-16) Worship is not music. Music is just one art form of how we can give God the Glory He deserves. We long to bring people deeper than the simple act of singing, jumping, dancing, and lifting up of hands before the Lord, but we want to see heart transplants. We want minds to be renewed, spirits to be restored, and strength to be revived as lives are given over to the Lord. We want worship to be a time where people can be real with God and lay down sin, anger, bitterness, or attitudes that would cause separation from the Lord in our lives. We want God to continue to shower us with His Presence as we come before Him giving everything we are just to let Him know how wonderful He is to us.
